[News Boquete] Death of Carl Held

Hello Diane, Maggie, Scott, Robert, Caroline, Kip, Rose, Ron, Karon,  Winnie and Bill, Steven, Geff, Maryellen, Charlie, Dörte; and "News  Boquete":    In August 2012 Carl Held left a document with me requesting your  notification in the event of his death.    On January 7th 2015, Carl Held passed away peacefully in Tucson, Arizona.    Dr. Held was an early innovator and practitioner of combined therapy  (musculoskeletal, lifestyle, psychiatric) for the elimination of  chronic pain. He wound up his practice in Orange County California,  and enjoyed a brief but adventurous retirement in Boquete, Panama,  followed by Cuenca, Ecuador.    He suffered for several years from a slow-growing cancer in the base  of his tongue.    His ashes will be taken eventually to the family plot at Gate of  Heaven cemetery in Westchester County, New York.    --   Douglas Held  doug@douglasheld.net
