The Jazz and Blues Festival is almost here - February 4th - 8th. With 56 artists coming from all over, its going to be the best ever !!
With all the fabulous responses from everyone, to help me out with food and time for the Green Room - we are almost there !! Thank you so much for all your wonderful support.
I am still needing a trusty truck to help me load out of the Green Room on Monday late morning. I have volunteers to help load at VE and unload at the other end, but no truck !! Help!!!!
I am also needing some lovely persons willing to make me some Hummus and Guacamole for the artists.
The divine Ms Erin Ross is trying to find me two screens (3 or 4 panel) to section a separate band room. They will be very well taken care of , and delivered back safe and sound on Monday afternoon. If anyone can help I would be most grateful.
I also need some chafing dishes for the main buffet.
If anyone is able to help with any of the above, please reply to the email below. Thank you so much to everyone, the festival is almost upon us. The line up is fantastic and we are almost sold out, so if you are planning to come, and haven't got your tickets yet, best scurry along and get them before they are all sold.
