I have a gopher for Saturday and Sunday at the festival to help me if I need anything sorted urgently- I am also needing to move some artists to the Green Room or amphitheatre , however, at this stage I do not have a golf cart. Is there anyone in V.E. who would be willing to loan me their golf cart for the Saturday/Sunday of the festival? Of course, it will be well taken care of.
I am also urgently needing a couple of large umbrellas for the barbecue tables, and I am hoping to find some chafing dishes (to keep the food hot on the buffet) if there is a foodie out there that could help me with that.
