Gentle Gratitude Flow Mondays 10:15 a.m. 60 minutes
Gentle Gratitude Flow is a practice of expressing gratitude for the many blessings we have, while strengthening balance & improving flexibility. This class allows beginners to explore yoga at their own pace while experiencing a comfortable and dynamic vinyasa flow. Various gratitude exercises are used to enrich the practice and empower gratitude the within the mind, body, & spirit. This class is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners who desire to increase positive thinking and overall wellbeing.
Vinyasa Flow Tuesdays at 4 p.m. 60 minutes
Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Creative sequencing is applied in a vinyasa class creating a beautiful dance of positions and are built around sun salutations. This class is open to all levels of practice & abilities.
Upper Body Blast Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m. 30 mins
Want to strengthen your upper body? Join us for a 30 minute class that will
help you to build strength, tone your upper body & burn calories.
Yoga Sculpt Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. 60 minutes
Yoga Sculpt classes are a vinyasa flow class designed to tone & sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism & pushing your strength & flexibility to new heights. Optional free weights can be used in the class, creating resistance and intensifying each pose and building lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body in no time at all! This class is open to all levels.
Core Blast Thursdays at 6:45 p.m. 15 mins
Core strength is the foundation for many yoga poses. Join us for a 15 minute class that will help you to build strength to enable you to do the more advanced yoga positions and to get those sexy abs you have always wanted!
