NOTICE OF BCP COUNCIL ELECTIONS
TO: All current BCP members
SUBJECT: BCP Council elections
DAY: Sunday; August 3rd, 2014
TIME: 1:00 PM
PLACE: BCP Events Center
NOMINATIONS: Nominations for Council Positions can be made by any member current with their membership dues and must be submitted to the Vice President. Due to the delay in this notice, the submission date has been extended to no later than 5 days before the election. Submissions can be submitted to Rhody Edwards (6678-9759) at vicepresidentbcp@gmail.com or in person.
CURRENT NOMINATIONS: At this time, current nominations consist of the current Council Members who have agreed to run for an additional term and consist of the following persons:
President: Michael Moore
Vice President: Rhody Edwards
Secretary: Sandi Stephens
Treasurer: Carol Delonis
Member at Large: Robert Brauns
VOTING: All members current with their membership dues are allowed one vote. No proxy voting is allowed. Any member who will not be in Boquete on Election Day may request an absentee ballot from Rhody Edwards at 6678-9759, or at vicepresidentbcp@gmail.com, or in person.
