PATH TO WELLNESS |
Susan Clare A pain free body takes work and sometimes we need help to feel more “comfortable in our skin”. That’s where a 7, 10 or 15 minute chair massage can help. Susan, a licensed massage therapist in Florida for 30 years before relocating to Central America, has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and has worked as an Addictions Counselor. In 1980, she switched career paths to the body-centered path of massage and exercise. Ms. Clare is passionate about her health. In addition to massage at the BCP market, Susan teaches 6 weekly sessions of “Pilates on the Ball and Mat” at The Haven because she feels it is the best form of conditioning due to its emphasis on developing a strong core and whole body movement. To get a little help on your path to wellness, stop by her chair for some relaxing massage or to discover what else you may do to enhance your well-being. |
