Adults, come out for another FREE GROOVE class (the last free one!!) this Friday, July 4 at 4pm (please note that I have changed the time, based on participant feedback). Kids 7-11, join me for a seriously awesome dance party (just ask the kids who came last week!!) for a GROOVE for KIDS class on Saturday, July 5 at 10am (same time as last week!), $5. Drive up towards Volcancito and turn left at the Food Box. Drive about 150m and come to the house with the green roof (head around to the back of the house to enter through the ground floor). Bring water, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie down on at the end of the class!), and the desire to DANCE! See you there and bring your friends!
