[News Boquete] Drinking water needed! Can you help?


Dear Customers and friends I would like to ask for your help in this situation.

                        PLEASE…NEED DONATIONS…WATER BOTTLES ANY SIZE!

The Institute of Aqueducts and Sewage Systems (IDAAN) reported that the production of drinking water by the water treatment plants in Los Santos and Herrera coming for the La Villa River has been affected by a chemical spill. Technicians of the institution announced a warning about a chemical spill that had occurred in the basin of the La Villa river that is affecting all the Azuero Peninsula.
 
These places are requesting as an emergency…water bottles! 
 
Health authorities warned area residents NOT to consume tap water after confirming high levels of the atrazine herbicide in La Villa River, which supplies nearly 100,000 people on the Azuero Peninsula with drinking water.
 
We are questing donations, BOTTLE WATER!  Any size or amount you decide to donate will be very much appreciated and will make a huge difference in the lives of our neighbors whose live have been upended.   
 
Together we can make a difference to their lives!
 
DROP OFF Donations could be made in Cable and Wireless Office, Boquete
Mon – Fri  from 8am-3pm
Sat  from 9am-12pm
