Born in 1943. In 1972 he studied at the National School of Plastic Arts of Panama. In 1967 he won first prize for painting of Cultural Autonomous University of Mexico. In 1981 opened his first solo exhibition at the Casa del Lago UNAM. That same year he obtained a university degree majoring in painting at that study center. Has represented Panama artists in expositions in Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Europe and India. It was extraordinary ambassador of Panama in India. In 1985 won the only painting competition of the Cervecería Nacional in Panama and was part of the collective artistic expression of Central America and Panama in the Habitante gallery.
