New MLS system

A MLS service doesn't exist in Panama, forcing buyers to visit every agency in town to see different offers 

and force sellers to list at every real estate agent they wish to use. It also means that if a property is sold or 

changed prices, all of the agents have to be informed. Every broker has to make foto's, check ownership 

and taxes. A listing does cost a responsible broker quite some investment. 

                                              Multiple Listing Service (MLS),

is a suite of services that enables brokers to establish contractual offers of compensation, facilitates cooperation 

with other broker participants, accumulates and disseminates  information to enable appraisals, and is a facility 

for the orderly correlation and dissemination of listing information to better serve broker's clients, customers and 

the public. A multiple listing service's database and software is used by real estate brokers in real estate, 

representing sellers under a listing contract to widely share information about properties with other brokers who 

may represent potential buyers or wish to cooperate with a seller's broker in finding a buyer for the property or 

asset. The listing data stored in a multiple listing service's database is the proprietary information of the broker 

who has obtained a listing agreement with a property's seller.

That's why Central Property Registration Office has started this new MLS service. We have chosen 

for Best Of Panama Realty & Law Office, where we found temporarily shelter in their office at Plaza 2 in Boquete.

                              which can be consulted by any member realtor, please stop by at the
