Thursday, July 21 - 9:30am - 4pm - "ARTISTIC DAY OF CREATIONS: Pure Silk and Fine Food"
Immerse yourself in a delicious day of creativity that includes designing and painting a fine, original silk scarf, enjoying a gourmet lunch with varietal teas and wines, and taking home your one-of-a-kind piece of wearable artwork that will last a lifetime. Fine Artist and Designer, Barbara Rabkin shares techniques of serti silk painting from beginning to finishing, and you will be designing and creating your own scarf to take home. The Boquete Gourmet will prepare lunch and samplings throughout the day. No previous experience needed. $70 includes a full day of instruction, 15" X 60" pure silk scarf to wear or frame, all materials, lunch, recipes and more.
