Ashtanga Yoga in Boquete with Emiko

 

In response to kind comments of the people that occasionally attended my classes, and delighted asked me for more, I am pleased to let you know that  I am giving Ashtanga Yoga Classes at Curvas Bonitas Gym.

 

Curvas Bonitas is in Alto Boquete, on the main road to David, on the left, just before the Super Centro Ivan.

 

Yoga Classes schedule are:

Wednesday at 9.00 am

Friday at 8.00 am

 

 

Price is 4$ pp.

Curvas Bonitas uses her share of the money for an education fund, to put several children through school.

 

Ashtanga Yoga

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

I promise that you will enjoy the class a lot!

 

I can give the class both in English and Spanish, although I am still learning English and I have a lack in conversation, so your patience is greatly appreciated!
