[News Boquete] Help needed for Rodny and the Handicap Foundation

Some weeks ago Rodny Moreno posted a plea for black soil for the grounds at Fundacion de Integracion. He had no response at all, however,  I have managed to find a donor for the earth, but it is not a simple process. Whilst the amount required has reduced from 4 cubics to 2 cubics, the earth will need to be gathered and transported from Porterillos.  For this we will need two (2) min 1 ton wagons with an open tray. We have the offer of one wagon with a driver,  provided we can have volunteers to clean the truck once the soil has been delivered. (we have not anticipated bagging this amount,  it would take forever.)  We require another soul with a wagon willing to drive and we need lots of volunteers to dig it, wheelbarrow it some 50 yards, and then do the same at the other end, (or not) It will take  a well structured working bee to make this happen,  and I am more than willing to take on that task, if people out there can come to the party. If there are gringos in Porterillos who may offer their workers for an hour or so, and the same here in Boquete, then I think we could pull this together for the Fundacion.

Any offers of help or ideas of where and how would be most gratefully accepted  reply to:

thank you
