The Academia Internacional Boquete (AIB), with 5 years in Boquete, is looking to hire new teachers to fill our expanding educational needs and classrooms. We are currently looking to hire certified teachers who specialize in English and Science, among other disciplines. Positions are available immediately. Pay and benefits are comparable to other educational facilities, and the possibility for growth is offered to all our employees. Tuition assistance and scholarships will be given to any new hires with school aged children.
AIB has been rated as one of the top 10 schools in Panama, the best in Chiriqui, and it is close to meeting its projection of 400 students, just in its phase 1 alone. We expect that the 2015 school year will be a year of exponential growth with the scheduled constructions of the second classroom and administration building, independent pre-k and elementary building, along with the future construction of an olympic sized pool, cafeteria and gymnasium.
