Art Cafe, in a collaboration with Cajun Eric (two guys and a cooler), are offering the Boquete Community an evening of fine Indian food . Come and enjoy a taste delight. We will be serving you a four course meal of some of our Indian favorites.
All served with a bed of rice.
Saag Paneer- A coconut infused creamed mix of fresh spinach and fenugreek with ginger, cumin, cayenne, yogurt and cheese. Garnished with fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Simply delicious.
Ramja- A rich saucy blend of red beans, tomatoes, onions, turmeric, garam masala, cumin and more. Garnished with cilantro. Powerful.
Chicken Tikka Masala- A tender chicken breast marinated in yogurt, lemon, cinnamon, garam masala, jalapeno and spices served in a tomato cream sauce. Outstanding comfort food.
Kheer- A coconut mango rice pudding sprinkled with cinnamon.
Price- $18.00
We will be serving this ethnic specialty on Friday June 20th in two shifts. For those who prefer to eat early, 5:00pm, and then again at 7:00pm. For this yummy meal reserve you and your parties table early.
Limited to 50 patrons divided between the two serving times.
