Art Cafe, in a collaboration with Cajun Eric (two guys and a cooler), are offering the Boquete Community a broad spectrum of fine Thai food. And what an evening of joy it will be. We will be serving you a five course meal of Thai favorites which will include a complimentary sampling of the Thai national imbibe MyTahi, a special blend of two flavors of rum combine with coconut milk, pineapple and orange juice to make a yummy, fruity drink.
For a Starter:
Coconut Ginger Soup- This savory dish incorporates all of the exciting flavors of Thai cuisine. Rich and satisfying it includes a blend of mushrooms, Kafir lime leaf, galangal, coconut, ginger and more. Garnished with tofu and cilantro. A bright delight to start your night.
Main Courses: All Served with Jasmine Rice
Vegi Thai Green Curry with Chickpeas- This vegan, gluten free dish features a wide assortment of fresh vegetables and mushrooms in a spice blend of basil, coriander, cumin, Kafir leaf, lemongrass, and chilies. Simply amazing. ( For those of you who prefer no meat dishes for the night-please specify vegetarian only when making reservation and we will serve up a heap for you)
Panang- Tender morsels of select chicken breast, bamboo shoots, coconut milk, fish sauce with bell pepper, eggplant and spices. Topped with crunchy peanuts and kaffir lime. Thick and creamy and absolutely yummy.
Thai Beef Curry- A scrumptious cubed steak in a coconut red curry, with fish sauce, ginger, cloves , jalapeno and spinach. Wow!
And to top it all off for dessert
Mango Sorbet Ice Cream.
Price- $22.00
We will be serving this ethnic specialty on Saturday July 5th in three shifts. For those who prefer to eat early, 4:00pm, early evening,6:00pm and then again at 8:00pm. For this meal reserve you and your parties table early. We will need an exact head count by Thursday
Limited to 90 patrons divided between the three serving times.
