[News Boquete] Volunteers needed to help with the stage set for Nana's Naughty Nickers

Gentlemen, (and ladies if you so choose) 

I am writing to solicit your help with building the set for Nana's Naughty Nickers. Most of the help I thought I had with the set have either moved out of country, not had the time to commit to such a project, or quit for one reason or another.  With the pending purchase of our home, making plans to return to Florida to move household goods, seeing my granddaughter and maintaining a home life, I am concerned that, alone, I will not get the set completed in time for opening night.

So far I have managed to build or modify 5 flats and the 'front' door. The hardest part is constructing the 3 moving parts - the bookcase, closet, and fireplace - that are the center pieces for the play. I have attached conceptual drawings for each but I am afraid that my skill sets do not include mechanics. So whatever help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Again without your help I am afraid I won't get the set completed in time for opening night. I put together a proposed work schedule (M-F, 10:00 - 2:00pm) allowing for days like today (I had to go to David and didn't get to the theater today). The schedule is flexible and designed to mitigate interference with either Rhody's rehearsals for this weekends show or rehearsals for Nana.

Paolo, thank you again for today's call. I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday as your schedule allows. Paul and Mark, I will take whatever time you can give to me. Of course, the more the better.
