It is, as stated in the previous announcement… an introduction of a unique technology to the people in the community where it will be produced. In fact, the product will not be offered to the general public except in connection with the products of others. The developer merely wants people in the community to know about it first, as he is convinced it will be a game changer in worldwide efforts to combat environmental pollution.
