[News Boquete] CHOX 80% cacao bars and Mocha bars this week

This week at the Tuesday market (Aug. 5), CHOX Artisan Chocolate is offering:

   1.  Our trial size 80% bar - for the more health conscious or sugar adverse customers, we are doing a test run of a darker bar and seeking your input as to whether the 80% bar should become a regular item.  Smaller 50 gram trial size is $2.

 

   2.  Our Mocha bar - made from both cacao beans and coffee beans, ground to smooth perfection.  A marriage made in culinary heaven and guaranteed to be the best cup of coffee you ever ate!

 

    Of course, we will also have our regular 65% bar, Panama Red bar and our exquisite truffles.

    All of our chocolate is caringly crafted in small batches from locally grown organic, fair trade cacao.
