I JUST encountered an IRISH SETTER in Alto Boquete, that a Panamanian Family had rescued from running around on the highway !
IF you are the OWNER, can identify this dog, and tell me WHY it was running free like that...contact me and I'll tell you where it is...
If not, someone else will inherit a Great Dog !
Plus, I welcome any of the Animal Rescue groups that are interested and/or can help.
