| My gym, located in Alto Boquete, is for men and women and is unique in that it has hydraulic machines which work through resistance created by how hard or fast you push or pull the exercise arms. Seniors and people with an injury (as well as the able bodied) can use the equipment because the design of the machines make it virtually impossible to hurt oneself.
